When I joined SIMO Motors, the company was already on a path of significant change, having evolved from the historic Xi’an Electric Motor Factory, which traced its roots back to 1962. I embraced the company’s rich legacy while recognizing the need to drive it forward. Over the years, I led SIMO Motors through crucial milestones, from its restructuring in 2004 to the establishment of the enterprise group in 2005 and the successful overall relocation in 2006. These achievements were fueled by my unwavering focus on quality, innovation, and strategic partnerships. By leveraging the company’s past acquisitions and integrations, I’ve positioned SIMO Motors as a leading force in the industry, committed to shaping a future powered by cutting-edge electric motor solutions.
